The hockey team of Singer (Sri Lanka) secured a double championship in Division C during the mercantile hockey season 2022.
Firstly they became unbeaten champions at the Mercantile League Hockey tournament (Division C) after beating HNB (2-0), John Keells Holdings (3-1) and secured two draws versus Seylan Bank and Brown and Company.
Singer also clinched the Mercantile Knockout Championship (Division C) after getting the better of Brown and Company (4-1) in the semi finals and thrashed John Keells Holdings (5-1) in the final.
