The refurbishment was undertaken as part of an ongoing branch upgrade program by Allianz Lanka, to better equip its branch network to deliver a seamless experience to its valued customers. Allianz Lanka is presently in the midst of a broad effort to evaluate its branch infrastructure and make strategic investments to further its ability to maximise customer experience value.
Customers of Allianz Life can now obtain a full range of services at its Jaffna branch, amid a modern and comfortable space, including advice on Life, Health, Investment and Retirement life solutions. Through the branch, customers will also be able to purchase any Allianz Life insurance policy, check their policy status and details, settle premiums and obtain additional policy services such as policy upgrades, including adding new family members and related documentation, together with claim submissions.
