The Elevation Training and Development Centre was launched in Kiriella, to enhance the human resource capital of Sri Lankans.
The centre grooms youth to improve human capital to face the challenges posed by the modern world of work.
The centre also provides facilities for professional trainers in Sri Lanka to use their center to conduct training sessions filling a major void in this segment.
“The Elevation Training and Development Centre also has a catering service and large lecture halls with modern facilities, Eco discussion rooms, playground and sports facilities, swimming pools, luxurious tents and rooms and large areas for outbound activities,” Director of the Centre, Kelum Weligama said
“Our vision is to be a hub that facilitates the highest quality training and development programs and we also have national level professional trainers, motivational speakers and outbound trainers that can plan and implement programs,” he said.
