In celebration of the International Women’s Day held on 8th March 2023,Union Bank conducted an inspirational session on women empowerment with the participation of its head office and branch staff. Ms. Nayana Karunaratne, Managing Director, Image Consultants delivered a guest speech followed by an interactive session for staff to share insights and tips on empowerment and equity. This event was part of the Bank’s employee engagement initiatives that aim to appreciate the services, dedication and efforts of its staff members.
