The National Water Supply and Drainage Board has announced that there will be a water cut in several areas of Colombo tomorrow (25 March).
Accordingly, there will be a 10-hour water cut for Colombo, Dehiwala, Mount Kilissa, Kotte and Kaduwela Municipal Council areas, Maharagama, Boralasgamuwa and Kolonnawa Municipal Council areas, Kotikawatta and Mulleriya Regional Council areas, Ratmalana and Katubedda areas.
This water cut is due to an essential maintenance work of the Ceylon Electricity Board According to the notification, the water supply will be interrupted in the above areas from 11:00 am and to 09:00 pm.
