The latest report by Singapore’s Surbana Jurong Company on the development of the Western Province (WP) under the Metropolitan Development Project will be given to Sri Lanka in four months.
The project will include the Western Province as a development zone in terms of finance, tourism, port and logistics and an agreement has been reached after extensive negotiations between Surbana Jurong officials and the President’s Chief of Staff Sagala Ratnayaka.
