A total of 32 teams will take part in the second Travel Trade Sports Club Indoor Softball Cricket Sixes 2023 to be held today (21) at the Club Fusion Sports Arena, Boralesgamuwa, Werahara, commencing 8.30 am. Oak Ray Hotels and Resorts have come forward to sponsor this event for the first time.
In the inaugural tournament which was held on August 28, 2022 at the same venue where 36 teams participated, Infinity Vacations emerged as the winner beating Jetwing Travels in the Cup final. In the play off for third place, Resplendent Ceylon beat Metro Travels. (TBR)
