‘Sick’ to be launched on Sept 5

Dr. Asiri Munasinghe who has been researching drug addiction for decades and the enormous experiences gained has made him to pen a novel for our infotainment.

The literature of his experience, ‘Sick’ will be launched on September 5 at 3 p.m. at the Mahaveli Centre, Colombo 7.

Prof. Diyanath Samarasinghe will make the keynote speech on the topic ‘Joy of Heroin’. Award winning writer Mahinda Prasad Masibula, Director, Presidential Task Force on Drug Prevention, Dr. Samantha Kithalawaarachchi and DIG Police Anti Narcotics Bureau, Sanjeeva Medawatta will also speak.
