Thirty-nine-year-old B.N.S. Fernando of 72/2B, Aluthkuruwa, Pitipana, Negombo is suffering from mitral valve disease. Consultant Cardiac-thoracic surgeon Dr. Rajitha Y.De Silva of the Sri Jayawardenepura General Hospital has recommended valve for which the entire procedure will cost Rs. 1,300,000.
