Two visually handicapped voters on their way to cast their votes at the St. Sebastian’s Central College, Katuneriya polling station with a young relative to help them. Speaking to media they said that it’s important to exercise their right while hoping that they will get a President who will look into their needs . “Even our white cane is not legalised yet,” she said.
