So this year, as Nalin tells us, they will be in full swing at the Galle Face Hotel for the New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance, that from all reports should not be missed.

As for Nalin & The Star Combination, the band has been kept very busy this year. “Besides our regular weekly Sunday evening gigs at The Grand Oriental Hotel and also on Fridays at the Capri Club and Wednesdays at the Dutch Burgher Union, we’ve been working tight schedules – playing for dances, get-togethers and of course weddings which is our forte” revealed Nalin whose many years in our music scene has made him a much sought after musician. What’s more on Christians Eve, Christmas Day lunch and dinner at the Harbour Room at the Grand Oriental Hotel, the band Nalin & The Star Combination will make your day a memorable one. “The secret of our years of experience lies in the type of music we play and with our years of experiences, I see to it that our repertoire is wide and versatile with no glitches to dampen the music lovers’ interest,” says a confident Nalin.
