Herbs grown in the Southern province will be used to produce ayurveda medicine under a program mooted by the Southern Provincial Department of Ayurveda.

Provincial Ayurveda Commissioner C.I. Guruge said that hundreds of acres will be brought under the ayurveda herb cultivation.
