SLT-Mobitel debuts new App for home services

Integrating all SLT-Mobitel services, the company introduced its upgraded digital gateway, MySLT App, recently. 

SLT-Mobitel’s new-look app provides a one-stop customer support system catering to every single user. With the MySLT app customers can now experience the full gamut of services which caters to all their needs.

Features of the re-launched app include the user being able to login via their Google logins, receive information on all SLT-Mobitel promotional offers and notifications, able to easily access and manage all connections such as Broadband, PEOTV and Voice packages. Users can also review and upgrade these packages as and when needed, enabling new data add-ons, extra GB bundles, streaming service via Over-The-Top entertainment options and many other Value Added services are available via the MYSLT App. Users can even easily gift family and friends data if they wish.  Through the app’s convenient self-care features, SLT-Mobitel fosters a deeper relationship with its customers. Instead of having to wait in line, customers can now with ease view their bills and make payments via the app. While quick fault reporting and complaints management is available, they can also activate E-bill subscriptions and receive the previous three-month bills via email.

Downloading the user-friendly MySLT App helps users stay up-to-date on all offers and exciting ‘Hot devices’ available at SLT-Mobitel Teleshops. Subscribers who download and register for the MySLT App can benefit immensely, a company spokesman said.
