Dr. George E. Gabriel, has been appointed by President Joe Biden to the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships. Dr. Gabriel is originally from Sri Lanka and studied at the University of Kelaniya - Sri Lanka before migrating to the US. He’s also a Fulbright Program Scholar.
