Hutch has redeployed its free emergency reload offer for the second year running. Hutch will be offering a free reload worth Rs. 10 daily to help customers’ access emergency calls and messages until the travel restrictions are relaxed.
The emergency reload can be activated daily and is available to all prepaid subscribers. With this initiative, Hutch aims to facilitate customers who have run out of their mobile balance, to use this reload for an emergency.
“Sri Lanka is grappling with the third wave of the Covid pandemic, which has resulted in nation-wide travel restrictions. We have identified that many subscribers face difficulties in recharging their mobile accounts during this period. This is not the first time that our customers are facing thischallenge, we had them covered during the last wave too with this offer. This reload will ensure that customers are able to make emergency calls when they run low on their mobile balance,” said Senior Manager, Marketing at Hutch, Iranga Amandakoon.
