The second edition of the Army Commander’s T20 League cricket tournament will start on July 31 at the Army ground Dombagoda.
The inaugural tournament was contested by Southern Warriors, Northern Warriors, Western Warriors and Eastern Warriors in last year with Dinesh Chandimal, Thisara Perera, Seekkuge Prasanna, Asela Gunaratne and Tharindu Kaushal, Wanindu Hasaranga, Kusal Mendis, Avishka Fernando, Bhanuka Rajapakse and Dasun Shanaka in action.
Southern Warriors captained by Dinesh Chandimal won the final while Northern Warriors player Seekuge Prasanna was adjudicated as man of the tournament.
Dinesh Chandimal, Thisara Perera, Suraga Lakmal, Dasun Shanaka, Seekuge Prasanna, Wanindu Hasaranga, Bhanuka Rajapakse Dhammika Prasad, Akila Dananjaya, Nuwan Pradeep, Asela Gunaratne, Dushmantha Chameera, Tharindu Kaushal, Avishka Fernando and Maheesh Theekshana will feature in the second tournament.
