The Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI), the pioneering chamber for industries in the country, has organized a webinar on Government Budget 2022 and Tax Amnesty (Finance Act No.18 of 2021). The webinar was held on November 25 via Zoom.
As rightly announced by Minister of Finance in his Budget speech, the country is currently passing the most difficult period in its recent economic history due to five main reasons inclusive of such global pandemic threat.

The first part of the session focussed on highlights of the Government Budget 2022 and the tax amnesty. All the important areas of the Tax Amnesty Act were covered.
