DFCC Bank among ‘Top Ten women-friendly workplaces’

DFCC Bank has been recognised as one of Sri Lanka’s Top 10 Women Friendly Workplaces, at the firstever Women Friendly Workplace Awards (WFWP Awards) 2021 jointly pioneered by CIMA Sri Lanka and Satynmag.com.

Gender equality and women’s empowerment are integral components of DFCC Bank’s sustainability strategy and DFCC Bank has always placed firm importance on ensuring fair, transparent, equitable and inclusive workplace practices.

The awards were judged by a distinguished panel of judges including, leading corporate personality, Ravi Abeysuriya, Council Member for South Asia, CIMA UK, Manohari Abeysekera, Chairman of Suvaseriya, Dumindra Ratnayaka, Head of HR, University of Colombo, Prof. Arosha Adikaram, Governor of the Northern Province, Jeevan Thyagarajah, Country Manager, CIMA, Zahara Ansary and Founder and Editor of Satynmag.com, Nayomini R. Weerasooriya.
