Udayasiri Wickremaratne’s popular Sinhala stage play Pem Yuwalak One Kara Thibe is set to go on the boards of the Namel Malini Punchi Theatre in Borella on Sunday January 30 at 3. 30 pm and 6. 45 pm. Starring Sudharshana Bandara and Theruni Ashansa in the lead roles as the ‘lovers’, this play written and directed by Wickremaratne also features popular screen actors such as Amiththa Weerasinghe, Hemantha Iriyagama and Kusal Maduranga whose popularity currently rises significantly as one of the stars of the popular teledrama ‘Paara Dige’.
