Batticaloa Government Agent K. Karunagaran received food items sent by the Tamil Nadu Government at the Batticaloa railway station. Fifty-thousand packets of rice and 3,750 packets of milk will be distributed in 14 Secretariat divisions in the Batticaloa district. Additional Government Agent Sudharshini Srikanth and Railway Station Master S. Perinparaja were also present.
