Sri Lanka pick 18 schoolboys for England cricket tour

Sri Lanka selected an 18-member Under-19 squad to take part in the upcoming tour of England there the team will play three Youth ODIs and two four-day games.

This squad will include Caniston Gunaratnam the Vice Captain of S. Thomas’ College.

Caniston has had a fantastic season, including his performance in the Sri Lanka Cricket U-19 Provincial Tournament where he was awarded the player of the final.

The squad will leave for the UK on August 14.
