Cabinet Spokesman Mass Media Minister Dr Bandula Gunawardane yesterday said that 40 percent of the amount owed to all contractors related to the Ministry of Transport and Highways will be paid in full this month and 30 percent will be paid in the next month, and the remaining 30 percent will be paid before the Sinhala New Year.
He stated this at the press conference to announce the Cabinet decisions held at the Government Information Department.
