The ceremony to commemorate the fallen War Heroes will be held under the patronage of President Ranil Wickremesinghe at the Battaramulla War Heroes’ Memorial on May 19.
The War Heroes’ commemoration organised by the Ranaviru Seva Authority in coordination with the Ministry of Defence and the Army Headquarters will be held with the participation of former Presidents, Prime Ministers, the Speaker, other Ministers and the Secretary, Ministry of Defence, Commanders of the Security Forces, Inspector General of Police and other military top brass.
