Commercial Bank emerged the winners in the ‘A’ division of the knock-out hockey tournament that was held at the Air Force hockey ground in Ekala on September 2 and 3.
This was the 62nd edition of the Mercantile hockey knock-out tournament.
A dozen teams divided into three divisions participated and the final placings were:
‘A’ Division contested for the Hatna Trophy.
Winner: Commercial Bank ‘A’
Runners-Up: HNB
Third place: Allianz Insurance
‘B’ Division contested for the MHS Challenge trophy.
Winner: Hayleys Group
Runners–up: Browns Group
Third place: HSBC
‘C’ Division: contested for the Commercial Bank Trophy
Winner: Nations Trust Bank
Runners–up: Orient Finance
Third place: Airport & Aviation Services
