SLT-Mobitel was also the winner of the Best Managed Project in Telecommunications Sector. The winning project, the Omnichannel Experience for Customers and Customer Touch Points, redefines customer engagement by seamlessly connecting them across multiple communication channels.
SLT-Mobitel was also judged the winner of the Best Managed Project in Academic/Education and/or Research Sector. SLT-Mobitel’s Talent Development centres garnered recognition for its successful implementation of new infrastructure developments to run futuristic educational programs that are aligned with the future job market.
The SLT-Mobitel government business division received the runner-up award for the best managed project in government sectorfor the‘Contact Center Solution for the National Water Supply and Drainage Board’.
