My Dentist receives ISO 9001:2015 quality standard certification

In a first for dental health service in Sri Lanka, My Dentist (Pvt) Ltd. was accredited with the dental practice quality standard ISO 9001:2015. Receiving certification to this important quality management standard shows that it is executing on the fundamental company-building initiatives in obtaining regulatory approval for the delivery of successful dental products both in Sri Lanka and abroad.

Registration to ISO 9001:2015 provides positive benefits to the My Dentist chain of clinics, particularly in today’s legal and regulatory framework. It helps the organisation to be more efficient and also reassures existing and potential customers and business partners.

Director of My Dentist Asanth Sebastian said, “We take specialised dentistry service seriously so it was a natural thing for us to want to comply with this international standard. I am delighted that our hard work over the past few months preparing for the assessment has been rewarded. This was a team effort involving all our staff and suppliers.”
