Union Assurance has launched ‘Uniship’, an innovative internship programme dedicated to nurturing talent. The inauguration of the internship was marked by a luncheon at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, where the Executive Committee of Union Assurance hosted the participants to provide insights about the Company.
Uniship offers a unique internship programme designed to help undergraduates gain practical insights into Company operations, setting them on a path to excel in their careers. The participants in this exclusive programme were meticulously chosen through an innovative selection process.
The chosen undergraduates form an exclusive cohort of talent, who have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, expand their professional network, and immerse themselves in the corporate world.Upon completion, the undergraduates will receive a prestigious certificate recognising their dedication to the program.
