Will create a secure country for all

Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) Presidential candidate MP Namal Rajapaksa said that efforts will be made to create a country that protects all religions, languages and people. The MP also pledged that he will not betray the country and party for short-term privileges and positions.

He said that the transfer of land and police powers to the provinces will not be done under an SLPP-led Government.

While pointing out that he will not give false pledges to the people of the North and the East, Rajapaksa said that what can be done will be done and what cannot be done won’t be done.
