The Bank of Ceylon (BOC) hosted the Little Picasso National Award Ceremony on April 3 at the BOC Head Office, followed by a three-day public exhibition (April 3-5).

The event showcased the artistic brilliance of Sri Lanka’s youth, with over 132,000 entries from children and teachers nationwide.

After a rigorous judging process, 73 national winners were honoured for artworks bursting with imagination and skill, while 715 provincial winners will be recognized in due course.

Priyal Silva, Deputy General Manager (Branch Operations) said, “Programs like Little Picasso represent BOC’s commitment to empowering futures beyond finance – by giving young minds space to dream, create, and inspire.”

Under his guidance, a dedicated team transformed these young artists’ visions into a national celebration of potential.”

Sri Lanka’s future shines brightly, painted stroke by stroke by its children.
