Flexible entry with multiple pathways

Understanding that not every student follows a traditional path, the Faculty offers multiple entry options. Students who have not passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination can enroll in a Foundation Program that prepares them for entry into undergraduate study. Those with only G.C.E. Ordinary Level qualifications also have the opportunity to progress towards an internationally recognized degree in management. This inclusive approach allows more students to realize their academic dreams.

Training and 100% employability

One of the standout features of the Faculty is its commitment to ensuring that students are ready for the workforce upon graduation. All students undergo a six-month internship program in reputed private sector organizations and government institutions such as the Sri Lanka Ports Authority. These internships provide invaluable hands-on experience and often lead directly to employment opportunities.

Thanks to this industry-integrated approach, the Faculty maintains a 100% employability rate for its graduates. Students are not just learning—they are building real connections and gaining practical experience that makes them highly sought after by employers.

Pathway to advanced degrees

After completing their undergraduate studies, students are given the opportunity to pursue postgraduate qualifications, including Master’s and PhD programs, under the same faculty. This academic continuity ensures that those who wish to reach the highest levels of education can do so within a supportive and familiar environment.

Holistic education and student development

Beyond academics, the Faculty strongly believes in nurturing well-rounded individuals. A variety of extracurricular activities are offered and conducted under the guidance of highly qualified lecturers. These include student clubs, leadership programs, competitions, and community engagement projects that help build confidence, teamwork, and communication skills.

Real-world exposure and continuous monitoring

To further enrich the learning experience, frequent field visits are conducted, where students are required to complete academic assignments based on their observations. These visits link theory with practice and expose students to real-life business operations and management environments. Additionally, student progress is closely monitored throughout the four-year program to ensure that each individual receives the guidance they need to succeed.
