Bangladesh Under-19 defeated Sri Lanka Under-19 by 146 runs in the fourth Youth ODI encounter played at the CCC Grounds in Maitland Crescent yesterday.

The visitors piled up a massive 336 for 8 in 50 overs after they had elected to bat first and then dismissed the home side for 190 in 38.4 overs.

Bangladesh Under-19 now lead the six-match series 3-1.

Bangladesh Under-19: 336/8 in 50 overs (Zawad Abrar 113, Azizul Hakim 23, Rizan Hossan 82, Mohamed Abdullah 32, Samiun Basir 23, Rasith Nimsara 3/96, Tharusha Navodya 2/45)

Sri Lanka Under-19: 190 in 38.4 overs (Chamika Heenatigala 30, Vimath Dinsara 66, Kavija Gamage 23, Rasith Nimsara 39, Al Fahad 3/41, Sanjid Mozumder 2/59, Azizul Hakim 2/7).
