Dialog Axiata PLC has introduced the country’s first-ever QR reload system, enabling customers to reload their mobile, home broadband, or dialog television connections with greater ease at retail outlets.

This latest innovation harnesses digital technology to streamline the top-up process, offering customers a faster and more convenient way to stay connected.

With only three simple steps — Scan, Select, and Pay — customers can complete their reloads instantly. They can scan the QR codes available at retailer outlets, eliminating the hassle of queuing, sharing mobile numbers, or waiting for activations, making transactions quicker and more seamless.

This innovation not only enhances customer convenience but also streamlines operations for retailers, reinforcing Dialog’s commitment to simplifying everyday interactions through technology.

“Dialog is proud to be the first to introduce this game-changing QR reload system in the country. This innovation aligns with our commitment to bringing ‘The Future.Today.’ by leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance the daily lives of Sri Lankans.

“We are excited to be at the forefront of digital transformation in Sri Lanka and are confident that this solution will reshape the way customers engage with our offerings,” said Group Chief Marketing Officer at Dialog Axiata, Lasantha Theverapperuma.

With this launch, Dialog is also enhancing customer privacy by eliminating the need to share mobile numbers during reloads — helping protect personal information while advancing the shift toward secure, digital services.
