The Management & Science Institute (MSI) honoured academic distinction and student resilience at its 2025 President’s and Dean’s Awards Ceremony, held on 3rd May 2025 at the MSI Auditorium. The event recognised 141 high-performing students from diploma and degree programmes, celebrating their exceptional achievements across the 2023 and 2024 academic years.
Themed “Celebrating Academic Resilience and Excellence in a Post-Pandemic Era,” the ceremony underscored MSI’s steadfast commitment to nurturing future-ready graduates. It honoured the exceptional achievements of students who, through perseverance and adaptability, rose above global disruptions, reflecting the Institute’s emphasis on academic integrity, innovation, and transformative learning.
Presiding over the ceremony was Professor Dr Mohd Shukri Ab Yajid, President and Founder of MSU & MSI, Professor Dr Junainah Abd Hamid, Vice Chancellor of MSU, who delivered an inspiring keynote address underscoring the importance of academic resilience, leadership, and future-readiness.
“Today’s award recipients exemplify more than academic excellence—they represent resilience, adaptability, and purpose,” he shared. “Their success reflects the kind of graduates the world needs: innovative thinkers who turn adversity into opportunity. Also present at the ceremony was Professor Dr Junainah Ab Hameed, Vice Chancellor of MSU, alongside members of the senior management team, academic staff.
