For the second consecutive year, Sri Lanka joined 26 cities across the globe in hosting MeasureCamp, an unconference for digital analytics and data professionals.

It was organised in partnership with the Digital Marketing Association of Sri Lanka (DMASL), MeasureCamp Sri Lanka 2025. Around 275 people took part.

Unlike traditional conferences, MeasureCamp is an unconference: a participant-led event where the agenda is created on the day, and anyone can volunteer to run a session. This format fosters a uniquely open, collaborative environment, encouraging spontaneous learning, real-world insights, and peer-driven discussion.

In this year’s edition there were 40 speaker sessions, up from 32 last year. Chairperson of MeasureCamp Sri Lanka 2025, Hisham Zulfiqar said, “MeasureCamp Sri Lanka has become a cornerstone for our data and digital community.

The second year shows how far we’ve come. The energy, the knowledge-sharing, the enthusiasm, it’s all proof that Sri Lanka is ready to lead in digital innovation, not just participate.” The event was hosted at the IIT City Office, the official venue partner, and supported by a strong network of community-focused sponsors. President of DMASL, Arjun Jeger said, “Organising MeasureCamp through DMASL is part of our ongoing mission to uplift Sri Lanka’s digital sector. Events such as this empower professionals to connect and grow and help us shape a stronger, more future-ready digital economy.”
