Healthy food means food that contains all the nutrition. Nutritious food contains vitamins, calcium, carbohydrates, a little bit of fat, vegetable protein, and dietary fiber. We should choose the correct food, which gives us energy. It is the best way to have a balanced diet.
Rice, flour and sugar give us carbohydrates, meat, fish, eggs, milk and soya beans provide us with protein. Vegetables and fruits are good sources of vitamins and oil, butter and cheese give us fat.
Unhealthy foods are called junk foods. Eating junk food can be a health issue. Cholesterol, high fat, diabetes and kidney failure are the effects of eating junk food.
One should eat healthy food for proper maintenance of the body. We can eat homemade food, fresh fruits, and vegetables for a healthy life, because we all need healthy lives and also a healthy generation.
