Around 378 Acting Sub-Postmasters will be granted permanent appointments to enhance the work of the Sri Lanka Postal Department.
The ceremony to grant appointments will take place at 9.30 a.m. tomorrow at the main auditorium of the Colombo District Secretariat under the patronage of the Minister of Health and Mass Media, Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa. The decision to grant permanent pensionable appointments to 376 people selected through interviews was made following a special Cabinet approval.
