The SLC Major Club 50-Over Inter-Clubs Cricket Tournament with 14 teams will commence on June 27 with teams competing in Groups ‘A’ and ‘B’.
Ace Capital CC were the champions last season and CCC were the runners-up. Each team will play six games during the first round and the first round will be completed on July 21.
The top four teams at the end of the first round will qualify for the semi-finals. The semi-finals will be played on July 25 and the final will be held on July 29.
SSC, Ragama CC, Kandy Customs SC and Negombo CC were demoted to Tier ‘B’ from the SLC Major Division last season.
