Renowned banker Rienzie Wijetilleke passed away on Friday, according to family members.
Wijetilleke rose to the pinnacle in his banking career as one-time Managing Director and Chairman of Hatton National Bank.
He also served as the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Banks Association and the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He was 86 at the time of his demise.
