In response to strong demand and growing trade and tourism ties between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, FitsAir is proud to announce that its Colombo–Dhaka service will operate daily from August 18, 2025.
This strategic expansion follows a steady uptick in passenger movement and reflects FitsAir’s commitment to enabling seamless, affordable regional travel. Bangladesh has emerged as one of South Asia’s fastest-growing economies, with business and leisure travel between Colombo and Dhaka seeing continued momentum.

These figures reflect a clear demand for better connectivity, and we’re proud to support that with more frequent and affordable service.”
FitsAir’s expansion comes at a time when Sri Lanka is actively boosting inbound tourism and trade with South Asia.
