On July 23, the Main Auditorium of the University of Kelaniya will come alive as AIESEC in University of Kelaniya hosts its third edition of Challenge Every Opportunity (CEO 3.0). This highly anticipated leadership forum is set to bring together over 300 young leaders from across the country for a day filled with inspiration, learning, and connection.
The event offers more than just speeches and workshops. It is a full-day experience where participants, ranging from university students to school prefects, will engage in interactive learning sessions, thought-provoking discussions, and hands-on activities that explore the themes of leadership, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
CEO 3.0 is a national initiative by AIESEC in Sri Lanka, which is part of AIESEC International, the world’s largest youth-led organization. Present in over 108 countries, AIESEC has remained committed to developing young leaders since 1948. In Sri Lanka, it operates across 19 universities with over 1,600 active members, continuing to shape a generation of responsible and empowered youth.
Since its establishment in 1998, AIESEC in University of Kelaniya has created opportunities for students to grow through leadership roles and international exchange programs. CEO 3.0 reflects that ongoing mission by offering a platform for young people to explore their potential and contribute meaningfully to the world around them.
