Ingredients
- 250 grams of boiled sweet potato
- 100 grams of seedless soft dates
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder or 100 grams of melted chocolate
- A teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Let’s make it
Take a blender and add all the ingredients to it.
With the help of your mother carefully blend the mixture.
If the mixture is too dry and won’t blend add more milk to loosen it and keep blending till it’s smooth and thick.
Scoop out the pudding mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least six hours.
You can decorate the pudding with chocolate chips, nuts, berries, banana slices or coconut flakes.
