The Bank of Ceylon (BOC)honoured its brightest stars at the ’BOC Spirit Awards 2024’, recognising exceptional performance across its nationwide network of 660 branches and over 8,200 strong workforce.
The ceremony was held at Hotel Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayewardenepura.
Chairman Kavinda de Zoysa, Members of Board of Directors, General Manager/ Chief Executive Officer Russel Fonseka and the bank’s Corporate and Executive management were present.
The award ceremony highlighted the bank’s remarkable journey in 2024, a year that saw BOC achieve a record profit of Rs. 106.9 billion while driving financial empowerment across all sectors of society.
Winners were selected through a rigorous evaluation process considering performance at national, provincial, and branch grade levels, with their excellence directly contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and broader economic growth.
While celebrating the top performers, the Chairman encouraged all branches to view the ceremony as a motivation to reach even greater heights in the coming year
