President expresses his condolences over the death of the Emir of Kuwait

Expressing his heartfelt condolences to the royal family, President Gotabaya Rajapakse tweeted over the demise of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait.

 President also stated that Kuwait’s late ruler was known for his wise statesmanship.

I am deeply saddened to hear the loss of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of #Kuwait who was known to be a wise statesman.
