GHR makes The Kingdom – Sigiriya greener

Global Housing and Real Estate (Pvt) Ltd (GHR), a hotel residency developer in Sri Lanka, has taken upon itself to help preserve the planet through the ‘GHR Green Pledge’ to help reforest the planet and negate environmental degradation.

GHR has pledged to plant five trees per apartment constructed, further strengthening the company`s commitment to its business ethos of being mindful of ‹People, Planet and Profit›.

“With this new initiative focusing on combatting environmental pollution, we look forward to transforming ourselves further, into a ‹Triple Bottom Line› organisation,” Chairman and Managing Director of Global Group of Companies, Dasun Wickramarathne said.

In conjunction with the tree planting campaign at The Kingdom, Sigiriya, ‘Seth Pirith’ chanting and an almsgiving was also held at The Kingdom - Sigiriya  by GHR.

The Kingdom - Sigiriya, which consists of 108 units, caters to those who appreciate the finer things in life and we offer prospective holidaymakers a unique approach to having a holiday home, or to generate a revenue which is generated by GHR by managing such property on behalf of the client.
