Perfect Business Solution Services (Pvt) Limited (PBSS) was adjudged the ‘National Silver winner’ in the service sector - Large category at the Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI) 2021 awards ceremony in Colombo recently..
The CNCI awards are held annually to recognise and reward entities for excellence in service and for outstanding performance.
PBSS winning the Silver award in the Large Category after winning Gold awards for three consecutive years in the Medium Service Category, speaks of PBSS’s quality and commitment in delivering its services on time to the highest standards, PBSS Managing Director Dr. Madura Gamanayake said.
“Since bagging the first award, the team worked tirelessly to improve service standards which continuously paid rich dividends to the company. The award is a testament that the company has maintained service levels and quality of delivery,” he said, adding that for PBSS, a business solutions provider achieving such a feat is not an easy task despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
