Kandy Youth Cricket Club won their second match in the Kandy District Cricket Association Division III Tournament Group C.
In this game Kandy Youth packed with some young Kingswoodian cricketers beat Black Egale Cricket Club by 160 runs at the Prisons ground Pallkelle.
Kandy Youth won the toss and elected to bat first and went on to score 237 runs in 41.3 over’s, thanks to some good batting from Karvina Gamage 84 and Hsintha Polkotuwa 54 while Madushanka Perera bowled well to take 4 for 38.
They bowled out Black Egale CC for 77 runs in 17.3 overs as Hasintha Polkotuwa took 5 for 22.
