People’s Bank sponsors construction of security posts at Sacred Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi

People’s Bank will sponsor the construction of security posts at the western gateway of the Sacred Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. The foundation stone was laid at a ceremony recently. Atamasthanadhipathi, Most Ven. Palligama Hemarathana Thera, People’s Bank DGM, Banking Support Services, Nipunika Wijayarathna, Wanni Commander Maj. Gen. Dinesh Nanayakkara and People’s Bank Anuradhapura Regional Manager Asitha Danawilawithana, staff members, government officials and police officers were present.
