An all-night pirith chanting ceremony will be held today (02) and a Sanghika Dana on tomorrow (03) at the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (ANCL), Colombo 10 to commemorate the 135th birth anniversary of its founder D. R. Wijewardene.
The management, a few special invitees including the chairman of the Wijeya Group of Companies, Ranjith Wijewardene and some members of the staff will participate in the religious observances to mark the occasion.
It will be held in keeping with Covid-19 health regulations.
