A website to create awareness on social justice and Christain activism, jesustodaysl.org, will be launched at the Centre for Society and Religion (CSR) on March 4 by the Jesus Today Movement, comprising various Christian groups.
The website will carry news, views and witnesses of social justice, a key message of Jesus Christ, the liberator of mankind, in all three languages. Fr. Sherard Jayawardane of the Jesus Today Movement said, a website of this nature is a need today as it is vital to involve youth who have less access to information on social justice and liberation theology. “The website will help to share experiences and create awareness on social justice and Christian activism,” Fr. Jayawardane said.
