Santhush Gunatileka of St.Peter’s College, Bambalapitiya maintained his top position for another week with (49745)votes against his name while Isipathana’s Sanjula Abeywickrema with (31040) votes remained at the number two slot and Peterite Lakshina Rodrigo who polled in ( 28797) votes was at third place in the division 1 category at the end of the 19th week count in the Sunday Observer/ Mobitel Most Popular Schoolboy Cricketer Of The yearcontest. There were no changes in the other two categories with Piyumal Sinhawansa (St.Anne’s, Kurunegala) and Charitha Basnayake ( Bandarawela CC) occupying the two top positions in division 2 and 3.
